Q2: Is the product insured during transportation?
A2: Yes, all our export shipments are fully insured against damage, loss, or deformation during transit. Each rim is individually packaged with shockproof materials (such as foam, cartons with reinforced layers) to minimize transportation risks. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged rim immediately and contact us within 3 working days. We will coordinate with the logistics company and insurance provider to arrange a replacement or refund.
Q3: How can I track my shipment?
A3: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a logistics query link via email. You can track the real-time status of your shipment (including departure, transit, customs clearance, and delivery) on the official website of the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Maersk) or our company's customer service platform.
Q4: Do you handle customs clearance procedures for export?
A4: Yes, we provide professional export customs clearance services. We will prepare all necessary documents (such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, product quality inspection report) to ensure smooth customs clearance. However, import customs clearance procedures and related fees (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the buyer.
